applications require signatures. Please be sure that all applications are
signed by the appropriate party in the
designated
places. If there is information or signatures
missing,
the application process will be delayed.

The Emmaus Walk Application is a Form,
it can be filled, then printed.
Make
sure it is signed by the sponsor, pilgrim, and pastor!
Then mail it to the address specified on the
app.
