Community Gathering Sponsors & Locations

Gathering sponsors should be at the gathering site early to set up and arrange tables, put the dishes on tables, prepare plates & utensils, make tea and fill glasses with ice and drinks. During the meal they continue to serve by removing empty dishes as needed and replacing them with new dishes, taking out the trash and cleaning up the room.
